14th August 2013 – The Royal Air Force Aerobatic Team, famously known as The Red Arrows, has installed a 17-inch Epson Stylus Pro 3880 digital inkjet printer, supplied by Color Confidence.

The printer is used to produce high quality A3 and A4 lustre, matte and gloss photographs, taken by The Red Arrows’ RAF photographers, primarily for public relations and corporate events. 27th June 2012 – The Royal Academy Schools is staging its annual exhibition of final year postgraduate students’ work profiling the work of 16 artists until 1st July.

Several of the works on display include those produced using large-format Epson printers and projectors, accessible to the students in the on-site Epson Digital Media Suite. Epson provides the very latest in large format printers and other technologies to the RA Schools so students can experiment with different materials and designs and to produce their final artwork. 7th March 2012 – Epson is to sponsor Cambridge Faces, the first large photographic project presented by Queens’ College Art Society, Cambridge.

The project is a photographic tribute to English icons through portraiture. Six talented young photographers from Cambridge University have chosen to focus on one aspect of English heritage and will be presenting their creative interpretations of the theme in the exhibition. New media qualification programme makes matching professional media and recommended print profiles quick and easy

24 May 2011 – Responding to customer requests, Epson® has developed a Media Qualification Programme to create a database of recommended substrates and optimised ICC profiles.  The solution offers users of the Epson Stylus Pro GS6000 a  ‘click and go’ solution for identifying recommended profiles, eliminating the need for creating profiles themselves or re-contacting the RIP vendor each time a different media type or brand is selected.
